Our list servers are fully customisable and simple to configure with an excellent 'contextual help' facility. If you're not sure what you need, please feel free to contact us with an outline of who you are, and what your list will be used for.

Standard List Hosting Package

• If required, the web interface for your list can run under your domain, e.g. http://lists.<yourdomain>.com.


• Built-in antivirus and anti-spam filtering, for example, if one list user is infected by a virus that runs through their address book, the rest of your subscribers won't get a copy!


• We will never insert revenue-generating, third party advertisements into your messages!


• Topic filtering - individual subscribers can receive e-mail relating only to particular subjects of interest to them.


• Searchable archive (access can be controlled) and automatic backups.


• Different levels of moderation - from controlling how easily users can join your lists, to approving their e-mails before they are forwarded to the rest of the group, this list server can handle all the combinations you are likely to require, both on a 'per list' basis, and a 'per subscriber' basis.


• Attachment filtering - enables you to specify what kind of attachments are OK to send to the list (mail formats are also configurable).


• Content filtering - once configured, the list server will reject any e-mails containing inappropriate content before it is distributed to your subscribers.


• Bounce handling - depending on your preferences, appropriate action can be taken on undeliverable mail.


• Security - there are many levels of security, from making your list open to the public, to concealing the list and allowing subscription by invitation only.


• Alternative Subscription Modes - allows subscribers to control the amount of mail received from the server (Digest/Index/NOMAIL).


• A straightforward, browser-based interface for configuring your system.


• Hourly analysis of your log files with detailed statistics and graphs, including hyperlinks.


• Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


• Quick setup.

The one-off setup charge is £20 plus VAT; then a monthly payment of: £5 plus VAT per 500 subscribers. Please contact us if you need to cater for more than 8000 subscribers, as we have reduced rates to offer you.

You may also pay yearly in advance at £50.00 plus VAT per 500 subscribers - this will save you £10 plus VAT per year, and we will also waive the setup fee. Again, please contact us to find out about reduced rates when you have more than 8000 subscribers.
